Role Summary
You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring client needs are met through close coordination with internal teams. This role blends new business development with account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business leads and support the full sales cycle

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Prepare quotes, manage tenders, and support contract negotiations

• Coordinate order processing and delivery planning

• Conduct client visits and respond to feedback

• Handle any issues related to service or delivery

• Support commercial planning and initiatives
