Volkswagen Middleborough

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch), and alternate Saturdays 9:00 - 12:30

Salary: Basic £25,000 plus OTE

Join Our Team

Lookers Volkswagen is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly, dedicated team on site. You will collaborate with our passionate sales team to deliver first-class customer service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to the General Sales Manager, who will support your professional growth and skill development within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and in person.
  2. Achieve sales targets, including profit objectives and finance and insurance products.
  3. Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
  4. Complete all required paperwork and processes accurately.
  5. Drive all new and used car enquiry leads, build rapport, and convert appointments into sales.
  6. Embody the brand passion, creating excitement around customers' new car purchases.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate may have experience in a similar role within a luxury market retailer, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service. Enthusiasm, motivation, and drive are essential to achieve outstanding results. Previous motor trade experience is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive prestigious vehicles.
