Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects.
• Strong commercial roofing experience on re-roofing works.
• Knowledge of site health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to keep works on schedule.
• Oversee commercial re-roofing works and on-site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to standard.
• Maintain site health & safety compliance and reporting.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and project team.
• Monitor progress through to project completion.
