Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration equipment across the North West. You will operate on NHS, hospitality, education and retail catering sites with a focus on reactive and planned maintenance.

The role requires City & Guilds Refrigeration/AC and FGAS certification, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel across the North West region.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in refrigeration and/or air conditioning.
• FGAS (C&G 2079 Cat 1 or equivalent).
• Experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment (display cases, cellar cooling, cold rooms, ice machines, bottle coolers).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and reactive work across the North West.
• Covering service, ppm and reactive call outs across NHS, hospitality, local councils, education/universities and retail catering sites.

Salary: GBP18.5 - GBP19.57 per hour

Position: Commercial Refrigeration Engineer

Location: North West

Salary: Up to £19.57ph based on 40 hour week

Our client is a well renowned FM company based in the Northwest who specialise in HVAC, Refrigeration and Commercial Catering maintenance and was founded in the 1960s. Currently due to continued expansion in the Northwest a Refrigeration Engineer is required to carry out Service, Maintenance and reactive work across the North West

The Commercial Refrigeration Engineer will be covering, service, ppm and reactive call out across various commercial within NHS, Hospitality, Local councils, education/universities and retail catering sites.

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Position Requirements

• City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning.
• FGAS (C&G 2079 Cat 1 or equivalent)
• Strong experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment, such as; Display Refrigeration, Cellar Cooling, Cold Rooms, Ice Machines, Bottle Coolers
• Full UK Driving license
• Able to work across the North West region
• Salary from £19.57 per hour
• Overtime x1.5/x2
• 31 days holiday inc bank holiday - Rising to 34 after 12 months. Plus 1 Day after every 5-year service
• 1 day off for your birthday
