Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to cover service, maintenance and reactive work across the North West. You will work with various commercial sites including NHS, hospitality, education and retail catering, ensuring equipment reliability and performance.

The role requires City & Guilds Refrigeration/AC and FGAS certification, plus a full UK driving license and willingness to operate across the region.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in refrigeration and/or air conditioning.
• FGAS (C&G 2079 Cat 1 or equivalent).
• Experience on commercial refrigeration equipment (display, cellar cooling, cold rooms, ice machines, bottle coolers).
• Full UK driving license.
• Willing to work across the North West region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance and reactive work across the North West.
• Cover NHS, hospitality, local councils, education/universities and retail catering sites.

Job description

Position: Commercial Refrigeration Engineer

Location: North West

Salary: Up to £19.57ph based on 40 hour week

Our client is a well renowned FM company based in the Northwest who specialise in HVAC, Refrigeration and Commercial Catering maintenance and was founded in the 1960s. Currently due to continued expansion in the Northwest a Refrigeration Engineer is required to carry out Service, Maintenance and reactive work across the North West The Commercial Refrigeration Engineer will be covering, service, ppm and reactive call out across various commercial within NHS, Hospitality, Local councils, education/universities and retail catering sites.

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Position Requirements

• City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning.
• FGAS (C&G 2079 Cat 1 or equivalent)
• Strong experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment, such as; Display Refrigeration, Cellar Cooling, Cold Rooms, Ice Machines, Bottle Coolers
• Full UK Driving license
• Able to work across the North West region

• Salary from £19.57 per hour
• Overtime x1.5/x23
• days holiday inc bank holiday - Rising to 34 after 12 months.
• Plus 1 Day after every 5-year service
• 1 day off for your birthday
