Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to service and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment across West Yorkshire. You will work on sites in NHS, hospitality, education and retail sectors, handling service, maintenance and reactive calls.

The role offers up to £19.57 per hour for a 40-hour week with overtime opportunities, van options, and full PPE and tools provided.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning.
• FGAS (C&G 2079 Cat 1 or equivalent).
• Experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment including display cases, cellar cooling, cold rooms, ice machines, bottle coolers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work across the West Yorkshire region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance and reactive work on commercial refrigeration equipment across West Yorkshire.
• Cover NHS, hospitality, councils, education and retail catering sites within the region.

Salary: GBP18.5 - GBP19.57 per hour

Position: Commercial Refrigeration Engineer

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £19.57ph based on 40 hour week

Our client is a well renowned FM company based in the Northwest who specialise in HVAC, Refrigeration and Commercial Catering maintenance and was founded in the 1960s. Currently due to continued expansion in West Yorkshire region an experience Refrigeration Engineer is required to carry out Service, Maintenance and reactive work across the West Yorkshire.

The Commercial Refrigeration Engineer will be covering, service, ppm and reactive call out across various commercial within NHS, Hospitality, Local councils, education/universities and retail catering sites.

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Position Requirements

• City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning.
• FGAS (C&G 2079 Cat 1 or equivalent)
• Strong experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment, such as; Display Refrigeration, Cellar Cooling, Cold Rooms, Ice Machines, Bottle Coolers
• Full UK Driving license
• Able to work across the West Yorkshire region
• Salary from £19.57 per hour
• Overtime x1.5/x2
• 31 days holiday inc bank holiday - Rising to 34 after 12 months. Plus 1 Day after every 5-year service
