Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transport recruitment or sales.
• Strong understanding of the transport sector is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong relationships with transport clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through telesales, networking and meetings.
• Source, interview and independently select suitable candidates for transport vacancies.
• Manage a high-volume pool of drivers and transport professionals.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance and availability.
