Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion in Randburg and surrounding Gauteng regions. You will oversee budgets, schedules, site operations, and client relationships to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role

This role is critical for overseeing the successful execution of commercial construction projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, site operations, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and profitability. Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial projects on time and within budget.


• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and technologies.


• Strong understanding of contract management, negotiation, and financial oversight.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and relevant estimating tools.


• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.


• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
