Job Opportunity: Commercial Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a company seeking a Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of long-term projects within a growing business.

1. Manage costs and subcontractors for defence projects.
2. Work on large, multi-million pound contracts.
3. Handle a variety of projects including refurbishments, re-kitting, and new builds.
4. Manage post-award contracts.

This role offers a chance to learn and progress within the company. These are interim positions initially lasting 12 months, with potential for extension.

Requirements include a QS background with some knowledge of NEC contracts. Suitable candidates may be postgraduates with experience from fast-track schemes or similar, or more experienced professionals who have worked on large-scale projects.

This is a great opportunity to transition from a permanent role into the interim market.

These roles are offered on a long-term interim basis, based three days a week in the offices near Reading.
