We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Propositions Manager. You will be responsible for developing the customer proposition, strategy, business plan, and operational business for the Travel Money, Paypoint, and Asda ATM Cash Services Estate.

  • Accountable for the business plan, internal and external metrics, sales plans, and profitability
  • Select, manage, and develop bespoke, outsourced business models with partners that meet brand requirements and ROI expectations
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential demand and commercial return for product developments
  • Develop and deliver strategies and plans, including budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and responding to uncontrollable impacts (e.g., competitor strategies, supplier failure, reputational risk, media/public perception)
  • Develop and deliver pricing and promotion strategies to achieve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics
  • Accountable for the overall in-store and online customer experience – working in partnership with Retail
  • Manage store installations/removals of Bureaux, Paypoint, and ATM through managing internal service providers
  • Challenge existing Partners to deliver LCOM
  • Leverage opportunities across current and existing UK markets
