Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Solicitors/Associates in Commercial Property across East Anglia with hybrid working. The firm is known for a strong commercial property practice and a supportive environment.

The role involves assisting in all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, investment portfolios, development sites and landlord/tenant matters. You will manage your own caseload with supervision from partners and senior associates, and

Qualifications

• 2-5 years PQE in commercial property.
• Knowledge of relevant law and legal principles.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with some supervision from partners and senior associates.
• Attend meetings and interviews with clients.
• Attend business development events, cultivating new business.

Responsabilités

• Assist in delivering all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, investment portfolio management and development sites.
• Support landlord and tenant matters, property finance and related corporate matters.

Role

• investment portfolio management
• development sites
• property finance work
• landlord and tenant matters
• corporate support and other associated property issues

You
