Large national firm are looking for a commercial property solicitor who is likely to be in the region of 6-10 yrs pqe. You will take over an existing case load of property work, covering acquisitions and disposals, development work and complex leases. You will act on behalf of public and private sector bodies. Key to this role is the ability to run some of your own transactions, albeit with some partner assistance. The team is small and busy and can offer fantastic exposure and potential for quick promotion.
