My client is quickly building a reputation as a quality provider of commercial legal services within the Yorkshire region and is the firm of choice for major law firms when referring their clients’ commercial disputes. Run by a team headed up by two experienced and industry-renowned partners, my client’s commercial litigation team is now looking to expand by recruiting a talented junior lawyer with previous commercial litigation experience.
The successful candidate will be involved in handling a varied nature of claims and can expect to work on cases within the High Court and Appeal Courts. You will work on behalf of a wide-ranging client base with both a national and international focus, handling claims reaching into the millions of pounds.
This role is targeted at quality and confident commercial litigation lawyers at a level ranging from NQ-3 PQE. Previous commercial litigation experience as part of a training contract or previous paralegal experience is essential. Candidates will need the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a collaborative team and should be open to contributing new ideas. The successful candidate must be capable of handling existing and new client relationships. Applicants must have strong academic backgrounds and be qualified to practice law in the United Kingdom.
You can expect to enjoy top-quality work, a competitive salary, and a unique benefits package. Working for my client offers opportunities for progression and the chance to be part of a growing project with significant growth ambitions. The firm offers generous home working arrangements and is committed to developing and retaining a strong, collegiate environment.
