Vertex Talent represents a leading Manchester law firm recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. You will handle a diverse caseload across freehold/leasehold work, leases, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and property finance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years PQE in Commercial Property, strong client management and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Formación

• A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Proven experience managing a diverse caseload independently.
• Strong problem-solving and client management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• A team-oriented and proactive approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases.
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters.
• Supporting development projects, site purchases and disposals.
• Handling secured lending and property finance transactions.
