• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Strong landlord and tenant experience.
• Able to manage matters with minimal supervision and deliver commercially minded advice.

The Role

You will join an experienced and collaborative team advising on a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters.

The role will involve:

• Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases
• Lease renewals and regears
• Portfolio management work
• Supporting on acquisitions and disposals with a strong asset management focus
• Providing strategic, commercially minded advice to clients

You will have responsibility for your own files while also working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.

Your Requirements
