Job summary

Sellick Partnership is actively seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 law firm. You will draft, negotiate and review a variety of commercial property contracts and leases, conduct due diligence, and advise on landlord and tenant matters.

The role requires handling acquisitions, disposals and development projects, with liaison to clients and authorities. The successful candidate will have 3+ years PQE, strong property knowledge and a client-focused approach, with

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage a broad caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of property, land, and landlord/tenant legislation.
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and review contracts, leases, licences and related documents.
• Conduct due diligence including title documents and searches.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, renewals and rent reviews.
• Handle acquisitions, disposals and development matters for properties.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Register transactions with HM Land Registry and ensure SDLT compliance.
• Manage AML and regulatory obligations and provide commercial guidance.
