Oculus Legal Group in the West Midlands is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500-recognised team. The role covers freehold sales and purchases, property development and funding, pension fund transactions, landlord and tenant work, agricultural land, title rectification, and overage agreements.

Salary is up to £45,000 with hybrid working and free onsite parking. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ to 2PQE solicitor to develop within a well-established practice,
