Due to continued growth and success, they are looking to appoint an additional solicitor with upwards of 6 years’ PQE with a track record in managing a caseload comprising:

• Purchase and sale of commercial property
• Commercial leases and licences
• Property Finance Options
• Pre-exemption agreements
• Overage agreements.
