Oculus Legal Group in the West Midlands is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for a hybrid role with free onsite parking. The role suits an NQ to 2PQE solicitor, or more senior lawyers, looking to join a well-regarded Legal 500-recognised team.

You will handle freehold sales and purchases, development work, funding and landlord/tenant matters, with opportunities for career progression in a supportive, client-focused department.

Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX).
• NQ – 2 years' broad Commercial Property experience; more senior candidates welcome.
• Strong commercial acumen with a practical approach to client matters.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
