JMC Legal Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning West Sussex firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE. The role is based in Haywards Heath with hybrid flexibility to work from other regional offices.

You will manage a dynamic caseload of landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, negotiations, acquisitions and disposals, with autonomy to shape the practice while receiving support from experienced colleagues.

This award-winning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ years PQE to join their established team in West Sussex.

Requirements

• You will ideally be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, 2+ years PQE (however, there is no upper limit in terms of PQE so more senior Commercial Property Lawyers are also encouraged to apply)
• You will have a great eye for detail
• Be ambitious and dynamic
