eNL is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor in Surrey with 6+ years' PQE to manage a varied caseload for corporates, SMEs, partnerships and private clients. You will advise on contractual, shareholder, professional negligence and property disputes while representing clients in mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.

The role includes supervising junior staff and supporting business development and client care, with a competitive salary (£65,000+ DOE) and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• At least six years' PQE in Commercial Litigation.
• Experience handling contractual, shareholder, professional negligence and property disputes.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and business disputes for corporates, SMEs, partnerships and individuals.
• Advise on complex contractual, shareholder, professional negligence and property-related disputes.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings.
• Support the wider Commercial Litigation team, including supervising junior colleagues and contributing to the department’s business development and client care objectives.
• Applications are welcomed from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years' PQE.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with empathy, professionalism and the ability to build strong client relationships while working effectively as part of a team.
