Venari Legal is supporting a longstanding client seeking an experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join their successful team. The role offers flexibility to be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This position provides an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a growing Real Estate division, working with blue-chip clients and developing skills to deliver excellent legal services in the real estate sector.

Key Tasks

• Draft, negotiate, and complete leases and lease management documents for landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate property purchase and sale contracts, conduct standard due diligence on titles, and report to clients.
• Draft, negotiate, and agree servitudes, wayleaves, and other documents supporting third-party rights.
• Contribute to the work of other teams within the Real Estate Division.
• Support business development initiatives, events, and internal seminars.
• Manage workload professionally and cost-effectively to ensure client satisfaction and meet firm objectives.
• Maintain financial control over your matters, including accurate time recording and prompt feeing.
• Engage in continuous technical learning and knowledge sharing within your team/division.
