Commercial Property Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Cheltenham / Hybrid, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and rewarding matters while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, balance, and success. JOB REF: 9551.

Skills Required:

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
• Experience in handling leasehold and freehold transactions, advising on sales, purchases, refinancing, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and working on landlord and tenant matters.
• Experience in managing client relationships and building new business opportunities.
• A loyal client base or the ability to develop one through strong relationship skills.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and within a team.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a flair for business development.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow your career in a collaborative setting.
