Commercial Property Solicitor
Location:Bristol & Surrounding Areas, South West
Salary:Up to £70,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement:Office-Based / Hybrid
About the Role
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing real estate team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE to take the next step in their career within a firm that values autonomy, quality work, and progression.
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
Acquisitions, disposals, and leases of commercial premises.
Landlord and tenant matters.
Development and investment property work.
Secured lending and property finance.
Advising a diverse client base including SMEs, developers, investors, and institutions.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
Have a strong technical grounding in commercial real estate law.
Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
Be motivated to contribute to business development and the team’s long-term growth.
