Job summary

Macdonald & Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its Manchester team. You will manage a portfolio of high-quality commercial assets, working closely with asset management and facilities teams to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant and delivering strong occupier service.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of service charges, legislation, and budget management, with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
