Job summary

TML Recruitment, partnered with a nationally recognised property consultancy, is seeking a proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio across London. The role offers autonomy, client exposure, and development within a respected management team.

You will manage multi-let properties, service charge budgets, compliance, and contractor negotiations while delivering high-quality services in a dynamic consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management, preferably in consultancy or client-side environments.
• Strong financial skills with ability to manage service charge budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and property compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-let commercial properties including offices, retail, and mixed-use assets.

• MRICS qualification preferred but not a must
