This is a role for someone with proven commercial property experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring full legal compliance and meeting client objectives
  • Conduct property inspections, valuations, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and financial appraisals
  • Deliver expert advice on property acquisitions, disposals, and market strategy
  • Maintain detailed records using industry-standard software (e.g. Veco)
  • Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support business development by identifying upselling opportunities for management services
  • Collaborate with legal and surveying teams for seamless service delivery
  • Carry out all relevant property administration and tenancy documentation
  • Ensure excellent communication standards when interacting with clients and tenants
  • The successful candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management (essential)
  • Proficient in property law, lease terms, and current market trends
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Familiar with property management software (Veco or similar)
  • RICS-accredited or relevant degree preferred (but not essential)
  • Proactive and analytical mindset, with a customer-first approach
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
