Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring full legal compliance and meeting client objectives

Conduct property inspections, valuations, rent reviews, and lease renewals

Prepare and present comprehensive reports and financial appraisals

Deliver expert advice on property acquisitions, disposals, and market strategy

Maintain detailed records using industry-standard software (e.g. Veco)

Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Support business development by identifying upselling opportunities for management services

Collaborate with legal and surveying teams for seamless service delivery

Carry out all relevant property administration and tenancy documentation

Ensure excellent communication standards when interacting with clients and tenants

The successful candidate:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management (essential)

Proficient in property law, lease terms, and current market trends

Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

Familiar with property management software (Veco or similar)

RICS-accredited or relevant degree preferred (but not essential)

Proactive and analytical mindset, with a customer-first approach

Full UK driving licence (required)
