Commercial Property Lawyer NQ - 3 Years' PQE, Bristol

Our client, a well-regarded law firm in Bristol, is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer with 0 to 3 years’ PQE. The Commercial Property department handles a wide range of property work for esteemed clients, including development projects, acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail, and industrial property, as well as landlord and tenant issues and estate management instructions for public sector entities, institutional investors, and national retailers. The successful candidate will manage a varied and challenging caseload.

You will play a key role in expanding the team’s local market share, assisting on larger transactions, and managing your own caseload of smaller matters with appropriate Partner supervision based on your PQE. Additionally, you'll be involved in business development and marketing activities for the team. Ideal candidates will have experience in quality real estate work, preferably from a large regional or city firm, including advising landlords and tenants on large property portfolios. Newly qualified candidates should have completed a seat in Commercial Property or Commercial Real Estate law.
