Job summary

Price Richardson Limited, a leading Legal 500-ranked law firm with a national presence, seeks a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join its Real Estate team in the East Midlands.

You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant work, and corporate real estate support, while collaborating with a team committed to development and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Property matters (2–5 PQE)
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Ability to run simpler transactions with minimal supervision
• Experience in landlord & tenant and property related corporate support

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload from instruction to completion
• Advise clients on landlord–tenant, sales, purchases and lease negotiations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant work, and corporate real estate support. Key responsibilities

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on a range of commercial property matters, including landlord & tenant, sales and purchases of commercial units, lease negotiations and renewals, and providing real estate support on corporate transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex matters
• Delivering excellent client service throughout the transaction lifecycle

You will be a qualified lawyer with experience in Commercial Property matters, likely to have accrued circa 2-5yr PQE or equivalent, and will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness, as well as a capability of running simpler transactions with minimal supervision.
