Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is currently partnering with a forward-thinking local authority based in Oxford. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join their Commercial Property and Regeneration team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of commercial property and regeneration law matters.

Location:

Oxford - predominantly remote with some travel to Oxford.

Contract Length:

3 months ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial property and regeneration work, providing clear and credible advice to senior officers and elected members.
• Review title documents and advise on various commercial and residential matters.
• Collaborate closely with the Council's Corporate Property, Housing Strategy, and Regeneration teams.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer or experienced paralegal with previous property work experience within a local government setting.
• Excellent knowledge of property law and related legislation.
• Previous experience working for a local authority is preferred.
• Weekly pay and flexible hours.
