Marsden Rawsthorn Solicitors Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with about 4 years PQE to join our Fulwood office. The role involves working in our well-established Commercial Property team and handling a broad range of middle to high-end work from sales and acquisitions to leasing and asset management.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing their own caseload and delivering a high-quality client service within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Job description

We are ideally seeking 4 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitors, required to work in our Fulwood office. We will also consider candidates with equivalent experience.

The roles are working in the firm’s well-established and supportive Commercial Property team.

The successful candidates will enjoy a good volume of middle to high-end work and have a strong reputation across the broad range of commercial property work including sales, acquisitions, banking finance, leasing and asset management.

The ideal candidates will have at least 4 years PQE but candidates with less experience may be considered

It is essential that candidates are confident in handling their own caseload and have a commitment to providing a high-quality client service.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidates should be confident to work in a fast-paced high pressure but friendly environment.

Successful candidates will receive an attractive benefits package including a generous salary for their level of experience, 28 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays (this increases with years service ) and also an additional 1/2 day leave on their birthday. Salary is dependant on experience.

28 days Holiday (3 kept back to cover Christmas) + bank holidays

2 days a week working from home, offered flexibly (once probation - 3 months is passed)
