Qualifications

• Degree-level education and at least one year in a customer-focused environment.
• Understanding of commercial and/or residential property context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and promotion of available commercial spaces with content for websites and social media.
• Build relationships with prospective tenants, local businesses and partners; arrange viewings.
• Assist management of commercial and residential properties; process tenant applications and inspections.
• Provide customer-focused service, handle enquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and support performance targets across the service.
