Responsibilities

• Oversee property investment programmes, cyclical works and statutory compliance.
• Provide leadership for property services in investment, repairs and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with asset management strategies and financial planning.
• Lead implementation of planned investment, cyclical maintenance and compliance priorities.
• Establish governance, accountability and assurance across investment and compliance.
• Advise the Director, Executive Team and elected members on property matters.
