Job summary

Knight Frank in Birmingham is launching its Commercial Property Graduate Programme for September 2027. The scheme provides exposure, training and support to build a career in property, with rotations across teams including Commercial Valuation, Office Agency, Industrial Agency, Capital Markets, Lease Advisory, and Asset Management.

If you don’t hold a RICS-accredited degree, you’ll undertake an MSc in Real Estate while on the programme to gain knowledge and tools for success.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline.
• RICS-accredited degree is advantageous.
• MSc in Real Estate may be pursued while on the programme.
• Passion for property and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support rotations across teams such as Commercial Valuation, Office Agency, Industrial Agency, Capital Markets, Lease Advisory, Property Asset Management, Automotive.
• Engage in APC training and work toward Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualification.
