Job summary

Knight Frank invites applications for its September 2027 APC graduate programme based in Birmingham. You will rotate through teams including Commercial Valuation, Office Agency, Industrial Agency, Capital Markets, Lease Advisory, Property Asset Management and Automotive.

The goal is to complete the APC and qualify as a surveyor with RICS. The programme offers exposure, training and support to launch a career in property, with mandatory MSc if needed and a mix of in‑office and hybrid working

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English minimum grade C/4
• 3 A-levels/equivalent
• 2:1 degree (actual or predicted) in any subject
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK for the duration of employment
