TAP Search has seen an increase in demand for Real Estate Counsel / In-House Commercial Property lawyers, and as such, would like to register immediately available or available at short notice in-house Real Estate Counsel / Commercial Property lawyers for interim and fixed term contract roles.
Our clients tend to be FTSE, Fortune 500 and SEKH listed entities, with offices in Central London and the South East of England.
Ideally junior to mid-level, you will have experience drafting and negotiating a full range of commercial property matters, including;

Candidate requirements
It is essential that the candidate is UK/Scottish qualified Solid experience within Real Estate/ Commercial Property law, ideally in-house Some property litigation experience Keen eye for stakeholder engagement and relationship management You will be an agile (think on your feet and flexible around client priorities), hands-on legal professional with a strong sense of initiative, pro-activity and investigative mind-set.
