Play a key role in the development and coaching of less experienced Underwriters.

Identify and develop client focused products and strategies across the portfolio, this includes Reinsurance, where appropriate.

Support our culture for continuous improvement: improving processes to make the business more efficient and creating an environment where people are encouraged to take initiative and responsibility.

Work within agreed decision-making standards, limitations, authorities and underwriting guidelines.

Construct Policy Wordings to find suitable solutions for AIG & our clients.

Support the culture of continuous improvement in all areas including improving processes to make the business more efficient and creating an environment where people are encouraged to take initiative and responsibility.

Support the business to build a high-performance culture by coaching on technical topics and referrals, supporting managers to develop their teams and build skills and knowledge to realise current and future business objectives.

Demonstrated track record of your support of special projects, broker initiatives, product or service development, portfolio management and development of business and proactive pipelining.

Ensure all corporate service standards are maintained to both brokers & internal colleagues.

Ability to prioritise workload and to use own initiative for both internal and external issues.
