Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties across all common areas, offices, restrooms, and exterior spaces.


• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address any cleaning needs, safety hazards, or minor repair requirements.


• Manage waste disposal and recycling, ensuring bins are emptied and the surrounding areas are kept clean.


• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, and reporting more significant issues to building management.


• Ensure the security and tidiness of the premises, especially after business hours if applicable.


• Respond promptly to tenant or staff requests related to cleaning or property maintenance.

Requirements
