Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Property Caretaker for Randburg-based properties. The role focuses on cleaning, minor maintenance, and ensuring tidiness and security for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include regular cleaning across common areas, supervising waste disposal, small repairs, and reporting issues to management. The ideal candidate works independently, notices safety concerns, and communicates well with staff and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or janitorial roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security and tidiness after business hours where applicable.
