CapeClarke is recruiting an Associate Solicitor (3-5 PQE) for a Tier 1 international law firm in London, focusing on major infrastructure, government contracts, procurement, and public law.

You will advise on PPP/PFI transactions, long-term government contracts, and complex commercial agreements, working with partners to support domestic and international clients. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with familiarity with the Procurement Act 2023 and Subsidy Control Act, are desirable.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Projects, Government Contracting, Procurement, or Public Law.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex projects and/or commercial contracts.

• Experience gained within a leading law firm, government legal department, or comparable in-house environment.

Responsibilities
