Job summary

WSP Building Services is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to support project and programme performance across the UK. You will work with Project Directors, Technical Project Managers and GCC teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with governance.

This role provides commercial insight to inform decisions, supports forecasting, cost control and change management, and requires strong Excel, Oracle and Power BI skills.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance including revenue, cost, margin, utilisation and ETC.
• Maintain project governance, reporting standards and change controls.
