London Gatwick is seeking a Project Engineer (Commercial) to drive design management across multi-million pound projects within the Commercial Programme, focusing on property and retail-led build‑outs. The role blends office and site-based responsibilities with a three-days-in-office / two-days-remote pattern.

You will report to the Programme Design Manager and help shape projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and external consultants while aligning with UK

Qualificações

• University degree in an engineering or architectural discipline
• Chartered membership in a recognised Engineering or Architectural Institution is highly desirable
• Demonstrable knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements related to the field

Responsabilidades

• Develop project scope to meet business needs and deliver effective design management
• Develop design briefs for external consultants and manage design contracts
• Seek sustainable design solutions to meet project requirements and reduce carbon emissions
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to support successful delivery of projects
• Provide technical input to design changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as Principal Designer contact to discharge CDM duties with support from the CDM Advisor
