Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. The Commercial Programme Lead will drive Commercial team processes and manage the Commercial team’s plans, ensuring they support and align with the overall Commercial strategy, and ultimately with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes monitoring and supporting individual Commercial department plans, suggesting adjustments and raising associated risks, issues and dependencies as necessary, and ensuring they all align to one another. The Commercial Programmes Lead will track against the overall Commercial timelines, help to implement processes to aid day to day business operation, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Commercial team.
