Job Description

The Technology Transformation Programme Lead will be responsible for overseeing strategic change programmes focused on technology. The role involves leading a portfolio of projects within a large organizational environment, ensuring optimal setup, approach, methodology, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement an effective technology demand and triage management system to track resources, identify gaps, and support forward planning.
2. Define and embed technology change delivery methodologies, processes, and artefacts aligned with organizational and governance requirements.
3. Lead the implementation of technology delivery portfolio management, governance, and status reporting to support decision-making, manage dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience in a programme or portfolio management role within large-scale organizations.
2. Experience managing complex, technology-driven change programmes.
3. Extensive knowledge of technology change delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Prince II, supported by postgraduate qualification or professional accreditation.
4. Experience influencing and delivering enterprise-level change capabilities.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working at the intersection of business and technology.
6. Ability to formulate business proposals demonstrating value to leadership.
