  • Identify range gaps and opportunities for exclusives, private label options, or performance‑enhancing features.
  • Support forecasting, stock management and range optimisation activities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and ongoing business improvement initiatives.
About You

You are a forward-thinking Product Manager who thrives on turning market insight into successful product solutions. With experience of product development, range management and supplier collaboration, you can identify opportunities, shape product strategy and deliver products that create competitive advantage.

You’ll ideally have:

  • At least five years' experience in product management, category management or commercial management within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, pricing structures, promotions and rebates.
  • A strong understanding of margin management and commercial decision‑making.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
