Mobile Commercial Plumber/Mechanical Engineer - APPLY TODAY

Company:

My client has been successfully operating for over 35 years within the mechanical and electrical industry. They employ around 90 engineers across various disciplines including Gas, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, Fabric, etc.

They mainly work within Commercial Offices in London and also have contracts in retail, with clients like Barclays Bank, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and RBS.

The Position – Mobile Mechanical Engineer

• Monday – Friday
• 8am – 5pm
• 41.25 Hour Weeks

The role involves working as a mobile commercial gas engineer across London & The Home Counties, servicing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and mechanical plant, including:

• Plumbing PPMs and repairs
• Pumps
• Motors
• Unvented Cylinders
• Hot & Cold-Water Services
• General Plant Room Maintenance
• Strainers
• Valves/Actuators
• Inverters

You will also carry out PPMs & reactive maintenance across facilities management (FM).

Salary & Package

• £42k
