Job summary

Prinova Global, a leading global supplier of ingredients and premix manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and report the commercial opportunity pipeline. Based in Aylesford with hybrid working, you will liaise between Commercial, Product Development and external partners to ensure accurate, timely progression of opportunities.

You will coordinate gate processes, support innovation activities and contribute to Power BI reporting and governance tools.

Qualifications

Experience in FMCG, ingredients or food manufacturing.
Experience managing data and reporting within business systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Salesforce experience and Power BI desirable.
Project management qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Input, manage and maintain manufacturing opportunities in Salesforce across Premixes, Flavoured Blends, and Contract Manufacturing.
Coordinate opportunities through defined gate stages; ensure actions and information are completed.
Produce monthly pipeline reports and maintain dashboards for stakeholders.
Act as a key contact between Commercial, Product Development and external partners.
Support improvements to opportunity management processes and reporting.
