Job summary

Salt is seeking a commercially minded Performance Manager to join a large international organisation and enhance the performance of a growing portfolio of digital products and services.

This role focuses on turning complex data into decision-ready insights to inform product, marketing, sales and finance strategies. You will develop performance frameworks, track KPIs, and shape pricing and investment decisions to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance analysis or data analytics with measurable business impact.
• Ability to define, track and report KPIs linked to product and commercial objectives.
• Experience translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision making at executive level.
• Experience with digital product or customer analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance frameworks across digital products and services.
• Define KPIs and measures aligned with business objectives.
• Establish performance targets and success measures.
• Analyse customer, product, marketing, operational and financial data.
• Build dashboards and reporting for senior stakeholders.
