NG Bailey Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial team across multiple frameworks and manage the commercial performance of projects.

You will advise on commercial risks and opportunities from tender through to completion, ensuring adherence to NEC3/4 contracts and robust KPI reporting. The role involves preparing management accounts, CVR, and monthly project reviews to support delivery against the financial plan.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering commercial performance on large projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and commercial practices.
• Proven track record in leading a commercial team.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and financial acumen.

• Lead and develop the commercial team to deliver on time and to a high standard.

• Provide cash forecasts and manage cash flow forecasting.
