Job summary

NG Bailey Group is seeking a Commercial Manager in a hybrid role based near Basingstoke. You will guide contract management from tender to completion, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and ensure frameworks perform at their best.

You will lead the Commercial Team, manage invoicing and debt, and provide accurate cash flow forecasts while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. A competitive package with car allowance and flexible benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing the commercial performance of projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts.
• Proven leadership abilities in managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Team to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Oversee supply chain contracts and agreements.
• Provide cash flow forecasts and manage financial performance.
• Prepare monthly project reviews and ensure alignment with financial plans.
• Handle disputes and oversee invoicing and debt collection.
• Develop monthly senior project review processes.
